Core technologies

Digital twin

A single, versioned model of record from parcel study through operations. Structure, MEP, envelope, finishes, and fasteners are all resolved in the same graph — never redrawn between disciplines.

AI design systems

Constrained generative solvers propose configurations against site, brief, code, and climate. Every candidate the operator sees is already buildable — the search space is bounded by the manufacturable component library.

Sensorization

Panels are cast at established precast plants under Bytyk process control and ship with embedded sensing points that tie 1:1 to the digital twin. Temperature, humidity, structural strain, and services state stream against modelled expectations from day one.

Materials

Low-carbon material specification across precast mixes, finishes, fixings, and insulation, with up to 60% less construction waste versus conventional on-site construction, based on Bytyk's process model.
