A manufacturing company for housing.

We treat the home as a product to be engineered and produced, not a project to be improvised. We don't own factories — we bring manufacturing discipline to precast plants that already exist.

Thesis

Housing is still built one prototype at a time.

Every other industry that produces complex physical objects at scale — automotive, aerospace, semiconductors — long ago moved from craft to production. Housing did not. Each home is drawn once, priced once, and discovered on site. Bytyk exists to end that.

The tools that make this possible — generative design, cheap sensing, mature precast production, permanent digital twins — did not exist together a decade ago. We assume all of them as baseline and work backwards from a delivered home: 90 days from design to delivery, versus conventional on-site construction, based on our process model.

Our approach

Process control, not concrete ownership.

  • Software first

    Zoning research, design generation, and permit documentation all come out of one model of record. Nothing is redrawn between disciplines, so nothing drifts between them.

  • Manufacturing partners

    Panels are cast at established precast facilities working to Bytyk specifications, tolerances, and inspection protocol. We control the process; the plants already exist and are already proven.

  • Verified assembly

    Sites receive a verified kit of parts in erection order. Field crews assemble to the model rather than improvising against it, which is where the schedule is won.

Where we are

Pre-construction.

The system is fully specified and the catalogue is complete. Site acquisition and pre-construction for the first units are underway in the Austin market, and measured performance will be published as homes are delivered.
