Zoning
Software researches parcel constraints, setbacks, and entitlement paths before design begins.
Bytyk ingests GIS, cadastral, zoning, and utility datasets for the target parcel and reduces them to a machine-readable constraint envelope. Setback distances, height limits, FAR ratios, easements, tree ordinances, and floodplain overlays are resolved before an architect touches the model. Ambiguities are surfaced as questions, not assumptions.
Design
Component-based generation produces a configuration optimised for your site's light, views, and topography.
Every Bytyk home is assembled from a validated library of structural, mechanical, and finish components. A generative solver searches millions of valid arrangements against your program brief, orientation, prevailing winds, solar path, and view corridors — and returns configurations that are simultaneously buildable and site-specific.
Permitting
Documentation generated directly from the model, not redrawn from it.
Permit sets, structural calcs, energy-code compliance packages and MEP schedules are emitted straight from the digital twin. There is no drafting step between engineering and paperwork — which removes the most common source of construction-set errors and shortens review cycles.
Fabrication
Precast concrete panels produced to millimetre tolerance in established precast facilities under Bytyk process control.
Bytyk does not own factories. Wall, floor, and roof panels are cast at established precast plants working to Bytyk's specifications, tolerances, and inspection protocol. Reinforcement, embeds, conduit, and openings are set from the model rather than from memory, and each panel leaves the plant with a serialised tag linked to its position in the digital twin.
Assembly
On-site erection from a verified kit of parts. No field improvisation.
The site sequence is a choreography, not a search. Panels arrive in erection order, are lifted into location by crane, and are joined with pre-engineered wet and dry connections. A typical shell is closed in days, not months, and the field crew never redesigns anything.
Operation
The home's digital twin persists — driving energy management, maintenance scheduling, and diagnostics.
After handover the twin becomes the home's live operating record. Sensors report against modelled expectations; the software flags drift before it becomes damage. Every service call arrives with the exact fastener, valve, or subassembly already identified.
